+"From now on meeting summaries are explicitly licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0; a license 
+file stating this and that the log files are not copyrightable will be added to

+This has already been covered in the last meeting and can be closed.

+Bug 696882, "Register /EFI/Gentoo namespace in UEFI Subdirectory Registry" [8]
+There has been no related news.
+
+Bug 662982, "[TRACKER] New default locations for the Gentoo repository, 
+distfiles, and binary packages" [9]
+It is unclear how much still needs to be done here; the delay seems to be 
+caused from bug 693454 [10]. Whissi will ask Infra and portage teams about it.

+Bug 637328, "GLEP 14 needs to be updated" [11]
+There have been no updates. Whissi promises this will be resolved for the
+December meeting.
