Version bump, this one supports Titanfall, KSP, others,
and fixes problems with strndup and GCC 10 compilation we patch
around in 2.14

Existing function pointer is already of correct type, any additional
casting is superfluous, and in this case lacks argument types.
Safely removed.
Added strnstr to whitelist of QA checks for implicit declarations:
there is a fallback implementation, safe to ignore

This hunk isn't needed for non-live as we still have a CMake patch dropping that
part.
(For live, I dropped the patch as part of it got fixed upstream and
didn't seem worth keeping then.)

We added a live ebuild for OpenTTD in 479943c4245e7ef3ffe896f89d109340ff1225c4,
do the same for its deps.
Doesn't seem like we really need it for opensfx/opengfx though, they
don't at least have changes in git since the last release and don't
seem to change too much in general.

Makefile was updated again and there's no reason not to use it

Spotted that 0.9.7 renamed a rules file that we weren't installing.
May as well just use a wildcard to avoid missing these changes (not
a super important file though, it's a workaround for streamlink).
Alternatively could consider building+installing using upstream's
Makefile which been improved in live, albeit it wouldn't simplify
the ebuild much and it installs udev files to /etc rather than
/usr/lib.

Fixes build issues caused by newer wxGTK.
Also add wxGTK[curl(+)] USE dependency since that's needed for
>=3.2.2.1-r5. Also inherit from xdg eclass for pkg_postinst and
pkg_postrm since the .desktop file registers handling for .wad
(application/x-doom-wad) files. Also add a patch to fix a build issue in
the bundled sol2 with newer GCC/Clang.
