Revert "pms.cls: Another workaround for tex4ht."
The workaround for gitinfo2/eso-pic is no longer needed (and won't
work anyway, as we no longer load gitinfo2 in the documentclasshook).
This reverts commit e9536369d4c032f088683bd8fddfe30d12c3dcc8.
