	* sysdeps/unix/Makefile: Look for generic headers, not stub
	headers.
	* sysdeps/generic/Makefile: Likewise.
	* manual/maint.texi: Delete references to sysdeps/stub.
	* INSTALL: Rebuilt.
	* configure: Rebuilt.
