* symtab.h (namespace enum): becomes typedef to avoid namespace
collision in C++.
* infcmd.c (path_command): Use empty string if PATH name not set.
* i386-tdep.c (skip_trampoline_code): New function.
* srec.c: Renamed dsrec.c to avoid filename collision.
* Makefile.in: Cope with renaming.
Update copyrights to 1996.
