Version bump of 1.4 SLOT, now also applies the patch from bug #126105 because at least amd64 was broken too. Try to provide direct download URLs in pkg_nofetch() so that people can download older versions not linked from the download pages and we don't have to do direct to stable bumps. Hopefully IBM won't break these links too often...
