Synapse uses cgi module, which was removed from py3.13. The package is
py3.13 enabled and everything worked because legacy-cgi runtime
dependency was indirectly installed as a dependency of treq. The treq
was recently release with official py3.13 support and it no longer needs
the legacy-cgi, which triggered the error with missing cgi module.
The synapse needs to depend on legacy-cgi directly anyway.

With >=1.6.44, it fails to build in some cases, but it wasn't recommended
anyway. configure warns about the use of --enable-arm-neon. Just rely
on what *FLAGS specify.
Thanks to John Bowler for the analysis.

This introduces the next version of r8152, but also includes a change in
source. It is no longer possible to download the r8152 sources directly
from realtek without passing a captcha challenge. So, I imported the
tarballs directly into a new github project, documented the source and
the SHA256, and am now using releases from that as the source.

It is very broken in the face of parallel builds and breaks all software
using it as a build system via randomly appearing race conditions. One
day, setuptools will update without breaking everything...

Essentially the same issue as DRM_KMS_HELPER where nvidia will
detect that it's usable but the kernel will not install the
drm_ttm_helper.ko module resulting in missing symbol dependencies.
Also has the same problem where it cannot be directly selected
so we need to try to explain this to users.
At same time also update the KMS_HELPER message a bit, esp. given
I915 is not usable to enable TTM_HELPER making it a poor suggestion.

It's not supported on 32-bit kernels anyway.
This got lost in b6bf005b843e3d6ee10aa1f088d93c4f89055cc6 when wiring
up arm64.
