This package doesn't change and it's independent of the rest of the
tree, so let's just mark it stable once and for all.

Might as well, now that I've started patching it, and since I've got
net-dns/djbdns itself.

In Gentoo, we patch djbdns to support SRV records, and SRV records
involve underscores. The release version of valtz supports neither the
SRV record type nor the underscores used in them. This commit adds two
more patches to correct that.

GLEP 67 removes the explicit notion of maintainer-needed@g.o being used
for packages lacking maintainers, in favor of assuming maintainer-needed
whenever the package has no maintainers.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
