To finish the installation, login to
  http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}${VHOST_APPDIR}
  and follow the directions.

  Make sure that php's safemode is disabled.

  You also must make sure that your server can
  write to the attachments and cache subdirectories.
  The installation instructions will remind you to
  do so.
